About CIO-CIS
The National Institutes of Health Chief Information Officer – Commodities and Solutions (CIO-CS) contract is a Government-Wide Acquisition Vehicle (GWAC) which allows the Institutes and Centers of the National Institutes of Health and other affiliated Federal agencies to acquire everything IT including services such as deployment and installation, maintenance and training, engineering studies, enterprise licenses and extended warranties, cloud, mobility, collaboration tools, web and video-conferencing, cyber security, virtualization and health and biomedical IT. The contract is recognized by government buyers for its ease-of-use, value, and speed in an evolving IT landscape.

e-GOS for Quotes and Orders
NITAAC has developed the secure Electronic Government Ordering System (e-GOS), a web-based order processing system, to allow customers to perform fair opportunity in accordance with FAR 16.5 and to integrate workflow management, electronic document management, and aspects of customer relationship management to enhance process efficiency, and improve data/information integrity. Dynamic Systems and customers will be required to use the e-GOS in order to participate in the delivery order process by registering as an e-GOS user and agreeing to system usage rules of behavior. To accommodate delivery order set-asides as provided by Article G.7.2 (c) in the conformed contract, e-GOS will categorize contractors by business size status, socio-economic status, and distinguish whether the company had proposed as a Value Added Reseller (VAR) or as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Dynamic Systems is listed as a Small Business and Women-Owned Small Business. Responses to solicitations issued under the contract shall be submitted in e-GOS. In the event a Government customer requests that Dynamic Systems submit our response through e-mail or in hard copy format, we will do so; however, Dynamic Systems shall also submit their response through e-GOS prior to the response deadline. Dynamic Systems is authorized to initiate work only after receipt of an award document through e-GOS.
